Your future duties and responsibilitiesAs a Service Architect at CGI, youll join a supportive and cohesive team working together on a thriving project with a key customer. Amongst other responsibilities, some key aspects of the role involve:Being accountable for the design of Service solutions and shaping the deliveryTechnical Service Governance for the projectReporting and contribution to RAID logsLiaison with key stakeholders and presenting service designs for approvalDesign, produced to time/quality/costService transition and supportSupplier managementKeeping relevant stakeholders up to date on progress, escalating any issues as necessary Required qualifications to be successful in this roleAs Service Architect, youll need a strong background in Service design/development in a technical infrastructure environment, coupled with excellent management skills of distributed technical/service management teams.
