Job Description

Biotech, T-cell, biology, science, scientist, research, drug, protein, cell, GMP, Process development, job The Company My client is an upcoming and rapidly expanding London based Biotech with secure funding and ongoing collaborations with a number of top tier global partners who are looking to develop the latest generation of advanced CAR-T cell-based therapeutics to combat an portfolio of hard to tackle rare diseases. They have a strong preclinical pipeline as well as key products they are looking to move forward to early stage clinical trials. The Role They are looking for an experienced Scientists to contribute to the design and implementation of experimental strategies to support the development and manufacture-readiness of a complex T cell therapy pipeline. This role will involve project leadership and will also include opportunities to be part of Project teams responsible for building non-clinical and CMC strategies to support regulatory submissions for Phase I clinical trials in T cell Therapy. The Candidate

  • Extensive experience developing and implementing new platforms for the analysis and characterisation of cell based therapies
  • Deep knowledge of cell process development and theoretical and/or practical knowledge of typical analytical methods with a particular focus on Flow Cytometry as well as molecular biology (ddPCR, RTPCR etc..) and cell characterization
  • Understanding of the requirements
  • Understanding of critical process parameters (CPP), critical quality attributes (CQA), comparability etc. relating to the cell process.
