As our business continues to grow, we are seeking to expand our Sales team and have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Sales Manager (On-Trade) to join our team in our beautiful Mayfair office.Job Type: Full time, PermanentHours: Mon – Fri (8.30am – 5.00pm)Location: Mayfair, West London (W1)Salary: Competitive basic per annum, depending on experience + bonus + great benefits including (but not limited to) hybrid working policy (3:2 office: home), 23 days holiday, life assurance, NHS cash plan, Perkbox, 5% pension, generousstaff purchasing privileges, excellent personal development and career progression opportunities.Nyetimber is a pioneering luxury brand and multiple award-winning English sparkling wine producer. We produce exceptional sparkling wine, but always keep in mind that the reference to exceptional goes beyond wine, it extends to every touch point ofthe brand.Reporting into our Head of Sales and with two direct reports (London Account Manager and London Sales Manager), you will be responsible for the strategic development and management of our sales and exposure within our existing London On-trade Account Businessas well identifying and winning new business opportunities.As our Senior Sales Manager (On-Trade), you will be accountable for all aspects of this strategically important channel, including volume, value & margin improvement; category development, annual planning/management and brand activation.Senior Sales Manager (On-Trade) - Responsibilities:- Driving new and existing key bastion listings for Nyetimber range, both by the glass and bottle across the on trade.- Leading the sales development of key styles to support the Luxury brand positioning of Nyetimber in London.- Managing two direct reports and being responsible for their continued development and professional coaching.- Developing annual programs with the events and trade marketing team to promoteNyetimber in key strategically import accounts in London.- Personally, handling the most important customers, including Flagship accounts, Groups etc.- Ensuring the correct listing status, pricing, and menu presence in key London accounts.- Liaising with all relevant Distributor counterparts from key partners to motivate and educate their salesforces.- Implementing staff incentives and continuously monitor/analyse the results for key accounts.- Drive the Catering development and securing new listings with outside catering companies.- Overall responsibility for managing and developing the London on trade, corporate customer, and premium catering channels.- Management of the London budgets and commercial channel, team, and style targets.- Regular reporting to the Head of Sales - UK on actions and key achievements.- Responsible for the customer database of Nyetimber, externally representing and building our brand.- Supporting the Sales and Marketing teams with events and trainings, as well as hosting customer visits to the vineyard.Senior Sales Manager (On-Trade) - Requirements- Wine or luxury sprits trade experience- Strong On-Trade background – with extensive’ sales experience in London- Strong knowledge of London accounts with existing industry contacts- Management experience- Account management background- Wine related qualification (Desirable)If you would like to work for a true British heritage brand and think you have the skills and experience to join our team, please click ‘Apply’ to submit your CV for this Senior Sales Manager (On-Trade) opportunity.
