Senior Business Development Manager, LMS/LCMS into Public Sector, London. £75,000 to £85,000 Basic Salary, £105,000 OTE. Dealing at very senior levels, this is an exciting and varied role selling high-value learning and development systems into Government Departments.Established for nearly twenty years, the company is a recognised leader in the field of team effectiveness and leadership development. Their core business is private sector, with clients including tens of the global blue-chip enterprises. However, this role is spearheading the public sector sales teams with clients in Local Government, Central Government, Government, Health, Housing and emergency services.To apply:+ You must be a business developer that is a Public sector expert that completely understands Public Sector Frameworks.+ You must have experience of selling complex consultancy solutions such as L&D, HR Consultancy, Business Information, Research, Employee Engagement Solutions, employee recognition programmes, etc.+ This is a strategic business development role so you must have hunter qualities.+ You must be used to selling into very senior levels within the public sector (C-Level).+ You must be passionate about the Public Sector, understand the current challenges and frustrations and have a consultative, relationship-oriented approach to sales.The role is operating from home with occasional visits to the London office (post-COVID). The offices are in a marque building where the environment is professional yet relaxed. The firm is a non-hierarchical environment where there is a great team spirit.
