Job Description

Work with a fast growing London based specialised recruitment firm assisting in the vital growth of their London office. The Senior Consultant will literally be at the heart of business development, making their desk their own business. Reporting directly into the CEO you will have one of the greatest opportunities to build your market from scratch.You will be responsible for building a desk within the German or Benelux markets, servicing existing clients, and also involved in new business development. This role will also require you to continue to build a strong network of candidates within the Europe. This opportunity will also have team leading and management responsibilities if desired.Responsibilities and Qualifications:• 2-5 years experience in a fast-paced agency environment with a track record of individual billings and business generation background• Implement successful recruiting and business development strategy• Handle all head-hunting activities including candidates and clients via cold calling, referrals, marketing/branding, selection, assessment, offer and continuous CRM• Prepare and post openings to appropriate job boards• Strong communication skills, professionalism and business acumen with the ability to develop and nurture strong partnerships• Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches and client relationships• Source and attract candidates• Conduct extensive competitor research/mapping market• Strong marketing/branding commercial awareness and understanding of the contingent recruitment business model• Strong work ethic with entrepreneurial mindsetRequirements:• Proficient in the English Language and either German, Dutch or Flemish.• 2+ years of recruitment experience in a 360 desk or business development capacity is required.• Proven track record of recruiting within the European Market •Someone who leads by example and is driven by the success and progression of both themselves and their team.• Degree educated• Hard-working, resilient, and entrepreneurial attitude• Leadership or management skills are advantageous• Must have the right to work in the United KingdomWhat is on offer:• CEO is by your side and always on hand to offer advice or role-play difficult situations.• Beginning and on-going training.• Career Progression that suits you.
