They pride themselves on the longevity of their relationships and ability to deliver bespoke recruitment solutions by going above and beyond what is expected of them.With their HQ in Dublin are looking for a Senior Consultant to grow their Frankfurt entity. With a high achieving team have an excellent career plan for the Senior Consultant coming into their Germany branch. There is future potential for you to hire, train and lead your own team of consultants.The RoleThis is a full 360-recruitment role, working on permanent placements. You will focus on placing candidates within Corporate banking and Risk & Compliance.You will build relationships with candidates and offer support throughout the recruitment process. You will maintain strong relationships with clients and win new client relationships by working closely to understand their needs. So, there will be a warm desk for you to utilise, but also the need for business development, allowing you to expand your network.Ideal Candidate -
  • You will have at least 4 years 360 Finance recruitment experience
  • Must have experience placing candidate within the Germany market
  • You have a great track record and strong billing history
  • A money-motivated, sales-driven individual who’s hungry for success
  • Resilient, professional and pro-active
  • Able to work autonomously and in a fast-paced environment whilst remaining attentive
  • Excellent communicate skills, both written and spoken
  • A natural people-person who enjoys building relationships with others
  • Languages - fluent English. Germany languages skills advantageous but not essential
