Job Description

Harris Westminster Sixth Form is currently looking to appoint a Senior Receptionist and Administrator to join its thriving team.Your opportunityJoining a dedicated administrationand wider facultyteam, we are seeking a diligent and experienced individual with relevant experience in administrational support and or within a front office receptionist role. Please note that the working hours for this role are as follows:Term time: Monday-Friday 10.30am-6.30pm, Saturday (17 per year paid as overtime/days in lieu) 7.30am-1.30pm. Non-term time Monday-Friday 8.30am-4.30pm.As Senior Receptionist and Administrator, your role will be:

  • To be responsible for maintaining an exemplary professional Reception environment
  • To manage the reception area and student attendance system as well as providing a range of high-quality administrative support in order to contribute to the smooth running of the academy.
  • To supervise the day to day work of the full-time receptionist, ensuring work is appropriately prioritised and completed to the required standards and within deadlines set, reporting any concerns to the Principals PA.
  • What we are looking for
  • Good level of interpersonal and communication skills, with a good standard of written and spoken English
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to supervise the day to day work of the full-time receptionist
  • Minimum of two yearsprevious experience in an administrative or front office/reception role
