Were on plan to 2x our 350 strong headcount in the next 12 months with offices in London, Los Angeles, Toronto, Vegas & Wroclaw, and backing fromsome of the most exciting VCs in the world, this is an exciting time to be at Pollen.*About the role:*** Join the In Destination team at this exciting time when theyve just released the MVP version of our "In Destination" app. Our customers use the app whentheyre on the experience (in destination) to find the route to their hotel, see details of their booking including the schedule of events* Contribute to the team and company success by using your React Native skills and experience of releasing apps throughthe App Store and Google Play. The app is currently iOS only, but we have making it available on Android devices on our roadmap* Collaborate with product, design and other teams to gain sufficient business understanding to serve the needs of our customersand to support your team members in delivering solutions* Balance the trade-offs of delivering sustainable code that provides an excellent customer experience in a fast-paced startup environment* Model good leadership behaviour by engaging in peer to peerfeedback and code reviews to foster a healthy, collaborative engineering culture as measured by Spotify-style squad health checks* Collaborative with the team to write well tested code - it would be great if you have experience of writing unit tests, integrationtests and end to end tests.
