A Senior QA Manager with proven experience leading Agile quality engineering processes in medium to large organisations - encompassing business change, Test Automation, CICD, AWS, Test Monitoring - is needed to strategically lead QA for a renowned media client on an initial 12 month contract (inside IR35).As Senior QA Manager there will be a strong focus on defining, implementing and improving quality/structural processes accross the organisation and its engineering teams. The client are going through a period of internal restructuring and significant change, so the ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience of simultaneously managing business change and testing in a dynamic delivery focused environment. The success of QA accross the organisation relies heavily on effective monitoring so you will, therefore, need a firm grasp on test monitoring and associated best practice; the client have created tools to manage quality structurally, therefore, an understanding of how this would work and be best utilised/improved is essential. You will also be responsible for improving communication accross teams to ensure a shared awareness of tech/accessibility issues.At present present you will manage a team of 6 software engineers (likely to increase) and be responsibile for quality accross multiple engineering teams (up to 14).Strong knowledge/understanding of the following is essential:
