The jobholder will take individualresponsibility for the delivery of stress testing and forecasting outputs that form part of the Pillar 2 requirements for the consolidated Schroders Group and several solo UK regulated asset management firms. The team The Group Regulatory Reporting team is responsible for the production of all prudential regulatory material for the consolidated Schroders Group (CRR) and several solo UK regulated asset management firms(IFPR / CPM) and for production of associated internal reports. The team is overall owner of almost all of the Group Pillar 2 documents, including the ICAAP, Recovery Plan and Wind-down plan, and will be responsible for the production of several ICARAs underthe new FCA IFPR regime. The team is also responsible for production and submission of Pillar 1 prudential regulatory returns and Pillar 3 documents. What youll do The jobholder will:take responsibility for the production and documentation of stress testingand forecasting outputs that form part of Schroders Pillar 2 requirements (ICAAP / Recovery Plan / Wind-down Plan / ICARAs), working to strict deadlines and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of the outputs;lead liaison with the other teams and areasinvolved in stress testing (Management Reporting, Legal Entity controllers, Risk)produce internal reports for senior management summarising the stress testing results;take ownership of the future development of process; andbe the subject matter experton relevant regulatory rules. The knowledge, experience and qualifications you needQualified accountant and / or a regulatory professionalICAAP and Recovery Plan stress testing experience gained within industry (asset manager or bank)For qualifiedaccountant, at least 1 - 3 years PQE. Otherwise, at least 4 - 6 years industry experience What youll be likestrong attention to detail and an inquisitive mind;ability to work under own initiative;ability to manage projects and implement change; ability to develop close and effective working relationships and manage key stakeholders, and;strong written and oral communication skills.
