BASED IN LONDON, EDINBURGH OR BRISTOL 6 MONTH CONTRACT Work as part of a team undertaking regular reviews of our products, assessing value delivered to customers relative to charges paid. This involves analysing the impact of charges on customer returns.Lead reviews and investigations which will result in recommendations for improvements to product propositions, charging and service to customers. Review the chargers that customers are paying for that arent open to new customers/ life products and sales productsCandidate needs a good understanding of life pensions and investments markets - products that have been disputed in this market.
