  • An established, ambitious and evolving brand in Block Management are seeking the next member of their team, a new Senior Property Manager.As their new Senior Property Manager, you will effectively manage and provide a full Property Management service to an assigned portfolio of residential developments, which will include exciting new build schemes where you’ll be working closely with some of London’s most prestigious Developers.This will therefore include carrying out site inspections, preparing service charge budgets, managing works, issuing Section 20 notices, dealing with contractors and attending AGM’s.Minimum Requirements:
  • 3 years’ Block Management experience, managing your own portfolio
  • A full working knowledge of the Landlord & Tenant Act 1985
  • Excellent customer service skills - the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and residents alike!
  • Desirable Requirements:
  • Industry related qualifications such as IRPM / RICS / IOSH
  • Experience managing new build schemes in London
