Job Description

Senior Property ManagerSalary: £45,000Location: SW LondonAre you an experienced property management professional, looking to join a reputable independent managing agent who are winning a huge amount of new businessI am working for a successful managing agent based in zone 2/3 London, who are looking for an experienced residential property manager with strong leasehold knowledge to join the department and manage their own portfolio.The portfolio will be roughly 500 units all located in Central London, and will be made up of a mix of different residential property types.About the company:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Maintenance of the buildings and communal areas
  • Liaising with contractors regarding maintenance
  • Overseeing major works and serving Section 20 notices
  • Site visits to ensure good building condition
  • Managing onsite staff, including concierge, cleaners and maintenance
  • Maintaining health and safety regulations and legislation
  • Producing and managing service charge budgets across the portfolio
Key skills required:
  • Significant experience managing a large leasehold portfolio
  • IRPM Qualification (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong customer service and communicative skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong budgeting and financial management experience
