We are currently recruiting for our client, a cutting edge Fintech company with offices in the City, London who now seek a Senior Project Manager who will be working in a pivotal role, managing client relationships, mentoring and leading delivery teams as well as working with internal stakeholders within the business. This is an amazing permanent opportunity based in London, offering a Salary of up to £95,000 per annum with excellent benefits.The RoleThis role will focus on managing the successful delivery of multiple implementation projects for our clients financial services customers. This will provide the opportunity to demonstrate your excellent stakeholder management skills and be instrumental in bridging the gap between our client operational and project teams as well as those of the customers, ensuring their requirements are understood and met, the implementation scope agreed and adhered to, and the project is completed on time and within budget and with good governance.The CompanyOur client is a multi-award winning Fintech organisation that is focused on delivering first class automated business solutions to their clients across the globe. Now is a great time to join this organisation which is recognising continued growth due to ongoing success with its primary technology offering.The PersonThe ideal candidate will have spent much of their career in roles involving direct engagement with clients on a day to day basis, able to juggle multiple concurrent projects, working with client stakeholders from shop-floor to C’level and as such you can facilitate everything from analysis workshops through to Steering Committee meetings.Core experience will include previous/current experience running technology implementation projects with a Fintech/Software Company/Vendor organisation to the financial services industry.Full end to end project lifecycle experience successfully managing customer engagements to completion, coupled with strong client facing skills and experience.
