A can-do attitude.One of our values is to Own the journey As a small hands-on agency, we need our team to be responsible and tackle issues head-on.Whether its client support or being pushed beyond your comfort zone designing custom chatbots, we take responsibility, we carry our own bag, we own the journey.The Senior Project Manager Role:As the Senior Project Manager in the team your remit will be to manage all new and ongoing website design projects in our Agency Accelerator Programme, and work with clients beyond website launch managing their ongoing digital marketing campaigns with thesupport of your new team.You will be involved at all stages of client projects and will be experienced enough to create mood boards, talk about our philosophy with clients, and work through ideas over Zoom.This is a fully remote position, where you will be meeting with the team at least once a week and with the clients every week alongside your team.Its a senior position in our small team and suits someone who is ambitious and looking to mould a role around them and grow with us.We move at pace, and with demanding clients that we deliver for on a weekly basis.You will grow with us as we build our digital marketing and production team, working on client projects of all sizes, and delivering consistently performing marketing campaigns for our clients.About You:+ Someone with 5+ years in a PM role for a digital agency+ Looking for a more senior role and opportunity to shape a growing agency. Currently working for a digital agency specialising in website design and development.+ Digital marketing agency experience+ Deep knowledge of the website project process+ Proven experience managing multiple projects and clients+ This role will suit a candidate who has proven experience working remotely with a small team. Someone who has worked on multiple client projects concurrently, in a digital agency setting, and has solid digital project management experience, specifically runningwebsite projects.+ You will be a natural people person and happy to interface with clients daily via Zoom.+ A natural organiser, youll either already be a ClickUp champion, or soon will be.+ Happy working with freelance and outsourced designers & copywriters.What we offer in return:+ £50,000 with benefits+ 25 days holiday plus bank holidays+ Additional days holiday each year of service+ Additional one months paid holiday every 5 years for a one-month sabbatical+ Flexible, relaxed and trusting team atmosphere+ Weekly veggie & fruit baskets after one years service+ Training - Any training required can be provided, and this person will work under the wing of the founding director to get them up to speed.Application notice We take your privacy seriously.
