Build Recruitment are working with a London based Public Sector organisation to source a Senior Projects Manager (Capital Planned Maintenance) for 3 month contract paying £28 per hour.Reporting to the Head of Department, the Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the delivery of the clients Capital Planned Maintenance Programme, ensuring industrys best practice is adopted including scoping specifications, tendering works, evaluating bids, and ensuring robust contract and monitoring processes are in place.Managing multiple projects across a diverse property portfolio, the Senior Project Manager will lead, steer, improve and act as the dynamic lead for all aspects of the management of projects and ensure value for money, drive project delivery, appropriate cost controls and payback periods are in place before commissioning projects.A key role within the organisation the Senior Project Manager will take the lead on all aspects of regulatory compliance and probity are adhered to, including review of H&S plans and that works adhere to the CDM regulations and Equality act.Working with numerous internal stakeholder and external supply chains, you will be extremely customer focused, a natural collaborator, with strong interpersonal skills and possess a high level of credibility and authority.A relevant qualification aligned with Estates Engineering or Project Management is preferable, as is possessing Membership of a professional body; CIBSE, MIET, IWFM, MRICS MAPM etc.For more information, please contact Marcus May at Build Recruitment Build Recruitment Limited acts as an Employment Business for the supply of temporary workers and an Employment Agency in relation to permanent vacancies.
