SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER CONSTRUCTION- LONDON - PERMANENT - £55,000 - £65,000 ANNUALLY We are looking for a Senior Project Manager Construction for a Major infrastructure company, who are leading in innovation and sustainability for railways, highways, and public sector buildings, for a permanent contract to be based in London.About You:* You will have a recognised professional project management qualification i.e., MAPM.* You will have demonstrable experience within both design and construction phases i.e., RIBA 1 - 7.* You will have experienced a variety of contracts, including JCT and different procurement routes.* You will have experience of conversing with stakeholders and clients. * Ideally, you will be chartered or working towards your chartership. What you will be doing:You will be accountable for the project board and the executive, with the authority to run projects on a day to day basis. This will be using the RIBA stages (1-7), for successful project delivery.The role is based in London. This will be working 5 days a week during normal office hours.The salary range for this position is between £55,000 and £65,000 and will be based on suitability and experience.
