Ipsos MORI was named the most innovative research company in the 2019 GRIT Report.Role:A thrilling innovation opportunity has arisen for a talented and ambitious Senior Research Executive within our Media Development and Audience Measurement Service Lines (division). This team works with some of the largest and well-known media and technology organisations in the world, as well as managing prestigious industry measurement contracts, such as RAJAR, BARB etc.As a Senior Research Executive, you’ll be responsible for day-to-day management for a range of clients; encompassing innovative pilots and projects supporting our innovation and transversal leads in the development and delivery of actionable insight.What you’ll be doing:

  • Working with the wider innovation network to ensure any learnings are harnessed for potential application within Media Development and Audience Measurement
  • Helping further the Innovation strategy & ensuring objectives aligned within Media Development and Audience Measurement
  • Attend Innovation Network meetings sharing clear updates on current proposals, projects and any training & knowledge sharing initiatives
  • Schedule bi-monthly meetings with the Central Innovation team to provide updates on proposals & wins, Marketing & training initiatives - highlighting what support is needed
  • Promoting innovation, alongside network and across Media Development and Audience Measurement
  • Manage regular internal communications (newsletters and supporting with board/team updates)
  • Supporting and getting involved in innovation pilots
  • Supporting with execution of either Ipsos MORI Lates or Future of Research Fair
  • Helping manage 3rd party vendors & suppliers (new tech start-ups etc.)
  • Supporting in developing the Innovation Communications plan
  • About you:Ideally, you are someone who has experience of working in a research innovation role, with a genuine interest in understanding a client’s business - wanting to help them understand their customers or consumers better and help them to make informed business decisions. You must take pride in delivering high quality and impactful work and be prepared to take personal responsibility.To be successful in this role you will need the following skills and experience: -Youll need to have -
  • Excellent project management skills - planning, executing, multitasking
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Strong communication skills to build effective relationships with innovation leads and champions
  • Team working and collaboration skills - ability to nurture creative thinking and coordinate efforts into successful outcomes
  • Ability deliver what has promised to colleagues.
  • Able to constructively challenge existing thinking and suggesting improvements to systems and processes.
