The Senior Project Consultant will proactively engage with business end users to define and prioritise business change opportunities. You will be tasked with delivering business efficiencies, improving effectiveness and cost savings through leveragingnew digital business solutions and technology.Key Project Deliverables - Scoping digital business change opportunities across core business products and services, including online, mobile banking, and SIPP platform services. Present solutions to the business,building buy-in and ensure value proposition and strategy to deliver. Shape and define the Digital change agenda, plan, initiate and execute end to end project delivery. Attain business sign off and mobilise business resources to support delivery. Provideproject management governance, and reporting of key milestones, delivery status reports and support SteerCo business forums. Delivery value add digital transformation project services and identify new consulting engagements. Prerequisite Requirements for SeniorProject Consultant - Prior Digital Business Transformation Change delivery experience. Big 4 Management Consulting background or Independent Digital Transformation Consulting experience. Excellent engagement project skills, with the ability to initiate, plan,design, build and deliver digital business solutions across people, process and systems. First class communcations skills, both verbal and written with the ability to provide project governance and reporting capabilities. Experience working on digital banking,mobile, and platform change projects. Language skills will be highly desirable, given the global coverage of the bank and opportunities to deliver digital transformation project across geographical locations. This is a contract engagement with long term horizonson offer for the right hire and excellent day rate contract on offer.
