Prospectus is proud to be partnering with Renaissance Foundation in their search for a new Senior Programme Manager.Renaissance Foundation is a small, impactful organisation, inspiring young people facing serious challenges to fulfil their unique potential. Focussing on two hard to reach groups (young carers and young patients suffering from life-long/life-limiting illnesses),Renaissance Foundation aims to transform lives through their three-year holistic programme, harnessing creative and digital learning and vocational development in order to support young people to develop key strengths, build resilience and inspire high aspirations.The Senior Programme Manager is an exciting new role for Renaissance Foundation that will have strategic and operational oversight for its core three-year outreach programme. As Senior Programme Manager, you will oversee a small, dedicated delivery team,ensuring that the programme is beneficiary-focussed, and consistently achieves agreed outcomes. You will lead on the monitoring and evaluation of service delivery in order to inform service development, working closely with the wider team to ensure that learningsand improvement opportunities are identified and implemented. You will take responsibility for the gathering of performance management evidence data and its collation for the purposes of analysis and reporting to Trustees, management and partners. You willact as an ambassador for the programme and wider organisation, liaising with a variety of partners in order to facilitate effective service delivery and promote the programmes impact.To apply for this role, you will be a strong programme manager, with previous experience of overseeing youth-centric frontline services. You will have significant knowledge and experience of project management, including the monitoring and evaluating ofservices for reporting purposes. You will have demonstrable experience of working in partnership with professionals from a variety of backgrounds, and will have previous experience of overseeing delivery staff.
