Job Description

Senior Product Manager, Global Agency, Digital, Major Brands, B2BDo you want to join an award-winning production agency with a long list of loyal long-life clients who are also major Global brandsWere after a Senior Product Manager to join this award-winning team of developers and UX experts to optimise the design of software applications and will assist in running usability workshops in order to understand the end-users requirements.You will be charged with driving the relentless innovation required to stay ahead in an extremely dynamic and competitive industry.You will see the big picture and be detailed oriented as well as understand the broad needs of the business and their clients, scan the highly competitive landscape in which their product operates. You will spot trends and technical developments and update their product roadmaps as needed. You will understand every detail of the product from design, functionality as well as usability and clients specific user journeys.Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Translate business strategy into product strategy
  • Own the product roadmap
  • Create and manage on-going market, customer and financial analysis process and related outputs
  • Drive action throughout the organization to get products to market
  • Plan and carry out product launches
  • Manage product profitability and commercial success -own the business case
  • Provide insight to stakeholders on the product and market
  • Provide product marketing/new business with insights on key differentiators and messages
  • Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues
  • Manage a team of Product Owner(s)
  • Evangelise the product amongst customers and end-users
  • Collaborate will new business and present/demo to external clients
  • Lead product innovation
  • Ability to convert strategic goals and complex requirements into understandable user journeys and user stories
  • Working closely with development and engineering teams to deliver new functionality
  • Defining OKRs/KPIs and evaluating the success of each
  • Proven track record of delivering compelling consumer facing products
  • Have experience in a B2B Product Manager / Team Lead / Product Owner role previously with experience of running client workshops and requirement gathering sessions
