Job Description

My client is a London-based fintech start-up who have recently raised a $3.5mn seed round led by one of Europes largest VCs who have previously invested in the likes of Revolut, Spotify, and Facebook. In 2020 they were named Financial Technology Innovationof the Year and Tech Nation Rising Star. Their digital platform is a real Tech for Good platform with a strong social impact and was founded to bring cost transparency to the pension market to help individuals to retire with a larger pension.They are looking for a talented Senior PM to join their team. This is an early-stage role with high impact and visibility that will require working closely with engineering, design, and all business-facing teams. Youll be running discovery and innovationin a complex B2B setting and driving execution that leads to delighted customers and business results.Youll lead a cross functional team tasked with driving results within one of the companys key value streams. Working from inception through to testing and deployment, you will measure and communicate the outcomes of developments to allow the business tolearn from both success and failure.The position will report to the Head of Product and is currently fully remote/hybrid with an office in London.Requirements for the Senior Product Manager

  • 3-5 years of Product Management experience, ideally from a b2b software start-up with an enterprise sales cycle
  • Experience shipping complex products with great user experience
  • Excellent stakeholder collaboration skills and experience leading products that require coordination of many stakeholders with significant domain expertise. (think healthcare, finance, legal etc.)
  • A strong toolkit of quantitative and qualitative discovery techniques
