Senior Product Manager required to work with a Government department. This is an initial contract to the 31/03/2022, paying £580 a day, inside IR35, remote working. As a Senior Product Manager, you will have a deep knowledge of product management skills and techniques. You will manage multiple products or a single product that is especially complex, high risk or sensitive. They may be involved in elements of programmemanagement activity. Main Responsibilities*Working on a Cyber Security Programme of work. *Lead one or more multi-disciplinary agile delivery teams to deliver excellent new products and iterations to existing products to meet user needs*Deliver services that meet the Digital by Default Service Standard and are best in class for government*Underpin the delivery and iteration of digital services through effective analysis of qualitative and quantitative user data *Create effective, prioritised product descriptions and roadmap/delivery plans to meet user needs in a cost-effective way*Define and get user buy in for product definition and delivery approach*Provide leadership across the organisation in digital, making the case for digital and agile ways of working *Develop and manage stakeholder relationships internally and externally to create buy in for the product *Provide mentoring and support to other product managers Essential Skills and Experience Required*Worked with Cyber products such as CyberArk, MS Defender 365, SIEM/MS Sentinel, Threat and Vulnerability*Demonstrable Agile Product Management skills and experience*Experience of developing and running services that meet the government Service Standard*Experience working with in-house development teams and managing outsourced service providers Desirable Skill and Experience Required:*Experience coaching / mentoring other product managers*Knowledge of commercial processes in governmentPlease apply should you meet the above criteriaBadenoch + Clark acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
