Senior Product Manager Location: Durham, Lytham St Annes, Glasgow, LondonSalary: c£65,000 London, c£60,501 Durham, Lytham, GlasgowAre you a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager ready for a new challengeJoin one of the largest savings organisations in the UK, managing over £218 billion in investments and serving more than 24 million customers. As both a government department and an Executive Agency, our client has a rich history dating back over 150 yearsto 1861.The RoleAs a Senior Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in strategically and tactically managing their diverse product portfolio. Your responsibilities include making informed recommendations on pricing, product features, customer offers, and enhancements.Youll lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, overseeing business-as-usual activities, project delivery, and ensuring continuous personal development.Skills & QualificationsEssential skills and experience

  • Relevant product management experience within a regulated environment/financial service/professional services.
  • Proven line management experience or "passion" to lead / line manage.
  • Proven ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • IT literate with intermediate Excel skills.
Essential technical knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and a confident presenter.
  • Track record of understanding and analysing data/insight and its application.
  • Product development skills and product life-cycle management including an understanding of agile methodology.
  • Proven ability to develop, model and analyse pricing scenarios.
