Job Description

SENIOR PRIVATE CLIENT MANAGER *LIVE ROLE*Private Travel Management Service£40,000 plus BonusLondonTHE CLIENT:One of the world’s leading private travel management services dealing exclusively with UHNW individuals is looking for their next Senior Private Client Manager to join their ranks. This role is live, and they are looking for the perfect candidate for an immediate start. They provide an unparalleled level of expertise and personal consultancy for all their clients, advising, planning and managing the travels of some of the most influential people in the world.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Top level client management including overseeing complex and changing diaries, booking of hotels/experiential itineraries/villas/boats/luggage services/security/restaurants/private cars/international flights/private flights
  • Create, book, and manage highly detailed and intricate travel itineraries, costings and invoices
  • Daily use and upkeep of Salesforce CRM
  • Agree improved commission rates with hotels and travel providers
  • Planning at strategic level in order to maximise on revenues
  • Investigate new “prospects”/sales
  • Renew existing clients
    • REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • Very high accuracy in English grammar and spelling
  • Strong presentation skills and understanding of the value of brand representation
  • Client relation skills – preferable experience dealing with a UHNW client base
  • Computer literacy essential (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, internet)
  • Experience using Salesforce (useful though not essential)
  • Flexible disposition in terms of work and working hours
    • QUALIFICATIONS / TRAINING:
  • Good qualifications in English and Maths is essential
  • Book-keeping/accountancy training highly beneficial
    • EXPERIENCE:At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
