Job Description

Senior Principal Solutions ConsultantCommerce/Personalisation SaaS - £95-110k base plus £30-40k BonusCentral LondonThe CompanyThis company provide unified commerce products that are shaped by the needs of their clients, designed to help their teams and are tailor-made for sophisticated shoppers. It combines AI driven personalisation from two of their acquisitions who provided omnichannel commerce and enterprise grade order management.The RoleThe primary role is to partner with enterprise account executives and the sales leadership team to drive conversion of enterprise Unified Commerce Platform (UCP) and enterprise Personalisation opportunities through creative and novel innovative selling and solution strategies to achieve and exceed bookings targets.As a Senior Principal Solutions Consultant, you will:

  • Mentor and coach rising junior sales engineers to excellence around best SE best practices
  • Perform technical and solution lead roles in the enterprise sales cycle to define and drive innovation and client-specific solution strategy
  • Direct customer technical discovery sessions to develop a comprehensive understanding of the customers current state, current processes, current systems, and current pain points.
  • Provide valuable industry expertise, thought leadership and consulting to clients and
  • prospects centered on innovative uses of technology that drive value creation
  • Build tailored product demo scripts and demo assets for customized demos for enterprise audiences
  • Deliver customized narrative-based product demonstrations, presentations and training sessions at prospect/customer sites and remotely
  • Provide solution insight that ties the solution to client needs and solving pain points
  • Perform enterprise technical and business discovery and qualification to determine fitment, business case and deal win strategy
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Professional Services, Product
  • Management and other areas of the business to champion the solution vision and innovation we see with our clients and prospects.
  • You
  • 4+ years as a Solution Engineer in the Commerce space
  • 6+ years selling cloud-based commerce, personalisation or order management software
  • 6+ years as a technical analyst in a SaaS model
  • Can effectively deliver and present technical presentations to prospects
  • Can pitch and sell professional services as part of a software subscription
  • Familiarity with front end coding languages
