Job Title: Senior Pricing Manager - MotorLocation: London CityPackage: GBP £60,000 - GBP£100,000Industry: Insurance, Pricing, MotorJob Type: Permanent_________________________________________________________________________________An experienced pricing manager is required in our clients pricing and analytics team, where you will manage the drivers of innovation in our clients organisation and collectively work to drive commercial performance through the development of analytical strategies. There will be opportunities to develop your experience of using non-traditional modelling and advanced analytics, such as price optimisation and machine learning. You will be able to flourish in your managerial role with strong interpersonal skills whilst working alongside senior management.The location of the position is flexible; working from home is an option with at least two days either in our clients city office in London or their regional HQ.About the role -Develop pricing strategy of company products-Team development and management-Strategy & development of pricing of new products and propositions-Prepare and analyse complex models and customer life-time value optimisation-Design experiments to explore elasticity and assess customer behaviour-Coordinate pricing execution process, requiring active tracking of market price position.-Prepare presentations and policy documentation-Interact and present to senior management and stakeholdersAbout youEssential-A demonstrated interest in analytics and a passion for innovation-Drive, enthusiasm, creativity and excellent interpersonal skills-Strong quantitative and technical abilities-Ability to work as part of a team in an environment that demands excellence, reliability, accuracy and working with competing deadlines-Bachelors or Masters degree plus strong experience in a relevant role-Strong team orientation and a demonstrated ability to confidently work with team members and senior management in multiple groups and regions-Ability to work and plan strategically-Able to be flexible in regards to the role and travelDesirable-Preferably from an insurance background, however other industries are considered-Demonstrated strong capability with quantitative and analytical concepts.
