Job Description

Overview of projectThis is an exciting opportunity to work within an organisation that is changing and realigning internal organisational structure to meet the needs of a changing working environment. This roles primary focus is to work with the People Partner to deliverthe People strategy, and to develop great relationships with the senior leadership team to influence change and improve our member experience.Key responsibilities

  • You will collaborate closely with the Geography People Partner to execute a comprehensive People strategy at the regional level, tailoring it to meet specific needs of local teams for the enhancement of overall member experience.
  • You will provide guidance and encouragement to directors, fostering improved performance within their business areas. Influence directors to question existing practices and make informed, data-driven decisions regarding their people strategy, incorporatingboth external and internal factors.
  • Take charge of implementing People cyclical programs and initiatives (such as salary reviews, talent planning, appraisals, and early careers) for local management and teams. Advocate organisational design activities in coordination with the People Partner.
  • Contribute actively to the broader people team, taking the lead on people-centric projects, offering support for Wellbeing and EDI strategies, and exchanging best practices and insights with the team
Requirements
  • Preferred qualifications include a human resource or CIPD certification.
  • Effective influence on senior directors, integrating member experience and external best practices.
  • Proficiency in navigating matrix organizations and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
  • Commitment to building trust in directors, fostering independence over dependence, and engaging in open conversations. organisational design activities in coordination with the People Partner.
  • Dedication to creating a learning environment for leaders, promoting confidence and self-sufficiency, with a positive approach to change adaptation.
