You will manage the HR service delivery and support all elements of the employee experience from joining RSM, to going on family leave, to leaving, and everything in between.You will also work closely with the People Advisory Manager to strategically support a regional area of the business, working on engagement, sense of belonging, wellbeing, diversity & inclusion initiatives.
