This is your chance to make your mark on the future of retail by joining an agile, rapidly growing team in Victoria, London.RoleYou will join a team of performance marketers, working across a wide range of channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Taboola etc.). You will be able to communicate directly with internal stakeholders such as management, in-house copywriters and creative designers.Because of our current rapid growth there are multiple internal opportunities to build out your role around your key strengths and interests. This is a great challenge for someone who is looking for more experience across various channels and wants to taketheir ecommerce performance marketing skills to the next level.Responsibilities
  • Build, manage, optimise, and share learnings on campaigns on Search / Social / Native platforms
  • Work with designers and copywriters to achieve campaign excellence
  • Run tests with a clear testing approach and present actionable outcomes
  • Continuous analysis of performance and exploration of new upcoming channels to ensure always being on the leading edge of the digital landscape.
  • Create new reports / metrics based on in-house data lake.
  • Assisting with research and organisation of new brand/product launches
About you
  • 1-2 years experience with at least one channel within Paid Search, Paid Social or Native ads
  • Performance mindset - Always strive to do better
  • Track record of managing ad spend of at least £20,000/month maintaining a minimum of 2x ROAS
  • Desire to take ownership of products/channels/process
  • Analytical and numerical - Know how to crunch data and take data-backed decisions
  • Creative thinking - Be able to turn a disadvantage into an advantage. Sometimes the opposite of a good idea, can also be a good idea
  • Clear communicator and able to teach others about your experience and report your campaign findings
  • Good understanding about basis campaign tracking and attribution modelling
Nice to haves
  • Experience with Photoshop or similar creative software
  • Experience with HTML/WordPress
