Job Description

Senior Operations Business Analyst - Change/Futures/Derivatives/Transaction Reporting sought by leading investment bank based in the city of London.**Inside IR35 - 2/3 days a week onsite**The role will be focused on a significant transformation programme within the bank which is due to last for a number of years. A strong background in change management along with experience working on projects involving futures, derivatives, collateral ortransaction reporting is required.Person specificationExperience:

  • Operating at VP level
  • Strong track record of delivery throughout career
  • Proven ability to operate at multiple levels within Operations and Change and/or other logistics functions
  • Proven track record at operating in a cross cultural environment, either through placements, or direct/indirect management
  • Proven ability to influence and rationalise departmental cost profile whilst maintaining best in class service delivery to all clients (both internal and external to the firm).
Knowledge/Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of all relevant regulation impacting the Industry and its impact on Operations
  • Experience of managing multiple streams of change delivery, with demonstrable benefits
  • Strong presentation and influencing skills, demonstrating ability to deliver through all levels of the corporate spectrum
  • Strong knowledge of Futures/ Derivatives products process and associated risks
  • Knowledge of Transaction Reporting processes.
  • Excellent understanding and awareness of front to back control standards.
  • Ability to implement cultural change / key involvement in cultural change programme
