SENIOR OPERATIONS ANALYST X2LONDONUP TO £75,000 + BENEFITS (INCL. EQUITY+BONUS)Would you like to work for a well-backed, innovative data-driven start-up with an elite C-Suite This Tech/Marketplace company are looking for two data-centric Senior Operations Analysts to provide actionable insights.THE COMPANYThis fast-growing company are highly data-driven and these two positions offer exciting opportunity to help accelerate growth delivering insights, with an excellent opportunity for you to up-skill and develop their talent in a fast-paced environment.THE ROLEWithin the Data and Analytics team as a Senior Operations Analyst, you can expect to be working on some of the following projects;

  • Understanding and optimising how customer-facing teams are running efficiently
  • Understanding how the business engages with its customers, specifically focusing on key drivers in improving customer experience
  • Optimisation of teams performance in address customer service issues effectively, pre-empting common issues, trends or problems
  • Mentoring and managing a couple of analysts in the team
OR
  • Improving logistical efficiency in the delivery of products
  • Improving operational efficiency for both internal and customer-facing problems
  • Working with stakeholders across both operations and logistics
  • Mentoring and managing a couple of analysts in the team
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEYour skills and experience required to be the successful Senior Operations Analyst will include the following:
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Python/R desirable but not essential
  • Experience working with data visualisation tools for reporting/dashboarding e.g. Tableau or similar
  • Excellent ability to tell a story with data
  • Mentorship or management experience is desirable
  • Educated to degree level in a STEM subject
BENEFITSThe successful Senior Operations Analysts will receive a salary of up to £75,000 with a bonus of 10%, and equity.
