Position Title: Senior Operations & Accounts Officer _Permanent, OnsiteLocation : London (Onsite)Salary : Upto 60000 GBP Per AnnumMandatory Skills: - Should be qualified with Accountancy => For Example - ACA / ICAS / ACCA / CIMA - Expert level of understanding with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).- Good Experience with MS ExcelPreferred / Desired Skills:- Highly Preferred / Not Mandatory - Xero accounting softwareKey Responsibilities:Strategy & Operations:Candidate Primary responsibility holds with financial planning and budgeting.Work closely with the Head of Strategy to assess investment prospects and analyze how different growth scenarios would affect the business.Generate monthly reports that provide concise summaries of the companys present and projected financial status, encompassing Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow statements, while also managing year-end reporting and coordinating with external accountantsand tax advisors.Develop both current and future resource plans, monitoring project utilization and cost recovery, pinpointing opportunities for enhanced operational efficiency, and identifying forthcoming resource needs.Review / investigate / execute solutions and internal controls to optimize business processes as needed.Finance:Collaborate closely with our accountants to assist in the preparation and submission of Corporation Tax returns and all necessary filings to the businesses.Responsible - company Financial Records, invoice handling across AR(accounts receivable) & AP( (accounts payable), VAT returns and manage Organizational Payroll
