  • Be responsible for the management of approx.10 Project Support direct reports.
  • The team members will be dispersed across large project sites and will have a reporting line into this role.
  • Maintaining key site-based relationships with the site teams.
  • The onboarding of new Project Support staff at new Project sites and developing the team members within the team structureensuring that standard Project Support practices are carried out.
  • Visit new sites to set up the Project Support role for the first one or two weeks of the project, for a permanent resource to then deliver on a day to day basis
  • Making the appropriate interventions (e.g. highlighting lack of process compliance) upon collecting/reviewing metrics to support SLA reporting and team performance monitoring
  • Support the direct reports in providing a standard service supporting PMs with the ordering of materials, labour and plant , reporting therein and site based administrative duties such as site inductions, PPE register, HSE standard
  • Ensuring the team is staffed with the appropriate skills and levels of staff to meet the demands of the business and volumes of transactions
  • Selects and hires employees for the team
Who we are looking for
  • Experience working in a construction industry/ site experience, managing staff in a process organised team, ideally in the purchase to pay process and/or broad business administration.
  • Experienced relationship manager or team leader experience
  • Presentation skills and strong analytical skills
  • Construction Industry Training e.g. Project Controls, Basic Finance, Basic Payroll
  • Happy to travel and spend majority of time on site
