Job Scope:We are looking to recruit a Senior Night Care Assistant to join our team. In this role, Senior Night Care Assistant supports residents with daily activities, prioritizing personal care, social interaction, and individual interests. In your role as a SeniorNight Care Assistant, you will prioritize residents preferences, dignity, and autonomy, ensuring their optimal wellbeing and quality of life. Your responsibilities will encompass administering medication, updating care plans, and maintaining effective communicationwith residents, families, and the multidisciplinary team.As the Senior Night Care Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in upholding the positive reputation of the care home. This involves adhering to health and safety rules, overseeing a designated section of the home, and responding to emergencies with timelyand justifiable decisions. In the absence of the team leader, you may temporarily assume leadership responsibilities.
