The RoleYou would act as both the team leader for the engineering teams and play an active role as a senior network engineer. As such your role will be varied and busy and would give you the chance to play a leading role in the design, installation, and support teams,while also helping us to get the most from new technologies such as network automation and self-provisioning devices. Skills neededPrevious team leadership experience is essential. You will be able to ensure the engineering team is engaged and energised, helping to structure their work, help with escalations, and provide coaching, support and training as needed.As a senior network engineer, it is obviously important you can demonstrate a senior level of experience and knowledge around the technologies we work with and more. This would include:-Network technologies including Cisco ISO Routers, Border Routers, Switches, ASR Firewalls-Security equipment and services such as Fortinet firewalls -WAN and SD WAN - for example Cisco, Viptella, Fortinet-Wi-Fi - Meraki, Fortinet, AeronetIdeally you will be able to demonstrate at least CCNP level technical skills, or similar. And you may have NSE level 5 or above.
