Senior Network ConsultantLondon / Northampton (Remote) £500 per day 6 Month contractAdvantage Resourcing are keen to speak with Senior Network Consultants in relation to a 6 month contract we have available. You will be remote based with some travel to Northampton / London clients. Must have skills: Cisco Firepower, Cisco ISR, Meraki wifi and must be able to implement existing designs for these. The role: * Designing network solutions in service provider or large enterprise network environments which are secure, conform to best technology and operational practice, using and refining standard approaches where possible * Implementing technical solutions, getting it right first time and executing at pace and handing these over successfully to our clients operational support teams * Acting as a point of technical escalation and as a design authority within the Professional Services Team * Providing input in to Pre-Sales bids and proposals Experience in designing and implementing complex network solutions in service provider or large enterprise network environments with Cisco as the preferred network vendor.Sample technical skill sets include: 1 Routing protocols: Extensive experience of OSPF, BGP and EIGRP 2 Switches: Experience of Cisco multi-layer switches and routers, including 3750s, 4500s, 6500s, 7200s and the Nexus series (2k, 3k, 5k 7k) including experience of VPC and VSS solutions 3 Desirable: HP ComWare 4 Experience in designing and implementing SD-WAN and SD-LAN solutions 5 Security: Experience implementing Cisco ASAs (physical and virtual), Cisco FWSM, with experience in Cisco ISE, IPS and Firepower experience advantageous If you are interested and keen to find out more, please apply now with your latest CV and reach out to Tom Johnson on - Ref 837549.Advantage Resourcing is a service driven recruitment consultancy.
