Job Description

24 SEVEN ARE WORKING WITH A LUXURY SKIN CARE BRAND TO LOOK FOR A VERY HIGH END SKILLED SENIOR NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER!RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for meeting sell-in (retail) and sell-thru (wholesale) sales goalsSell-Thru (Retail Sales)

  • Manage weekly sell-thru reporting, highlighting overperforming and underperforming SKUs and categories, bestseller performance, and mix of business. and creating action plans.
  • Monitor weekly/monthly/quarterly sell-thru by door (door performance), highlighting doors that are underperforming and overperforming and analyzing the root cause
  • Strategic management of seasonal markdowns and limited edition sell-thru plans
  • Ensure that all OH inventory in our retailer DCs is being pushed out to store in a timely manner
  • Pitch and secure additional in-store space (hot animations, hot now, holiday towers, focus endcaps, etc) and in-store brand exposure
  • Sell-In (Wholesale Sales)
  • Manage the sell-in process, monitoring and reviewing all wholesale purchase orders. Ensure all incoming PO’s accurately reflect our forecasts and sell-thru rate, and highlight any discrepancies (under or overpurchases). Analyze wholesale PO’s to make sure that they are reflective of retailer inventory needs and that they are allocated to the correct DC’s for optimal in-store allocation
  • Retail Marketing
  • Based on SKU performance and focus for the year, build and manage a sampling calendar
  • Cross-Functional Support
  • Work with Retail Event team to ensure eventing support for focus SKUs and promotions
  • Work with Education to ensure that core and NPD remain a priority focus
  • Work with Product and Operations teams on NPD timelines and inventory forecasts
  • SOME QUALITIES WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
  • At least 3 years of National Account Management experience, preferably in cosmetics or consumer goods
  • Experience with Sephora a plus
  • Ability to develop and manage a direct report
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
