Job Description

We are proud to foster a working environment that encourages staff to stay with us for many years.We have an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Marketing Manager to cover maternity leave on a 5-6 month fixed term contract. The role requires a person who enjoys a challenge and will take direct and positive action within their areas of knowledge and expertise. You should be a direct self-starter, friendly, self-confident, persistent, methodical, firm and prepared to take a stand when a result depends upon it.   • Experience managing a team.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and platforms.
  • Excellence in copywriting.
  • Strong creative outlook
  • Capable of independently managing multiple projects, delivering on deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate ideas at Board level through to individual team members.
  • A proven track record of delivering marketing campaigns.
  • A high standard of written and spoken English.
    • Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
  • Responsible for overseeing and implementing the over-arching brand proposition, brand communication strategy and all creative.
  • Responsible for managing and executing Banham’s integrated annual marketing plan, campaign calendar and budget, which aligns with the business strategy and focuses on all disciplines to drive demand and new customer acquisition including web content, digital advertising (SEO/SEM, social media, programmatic, EDMs and more), e-commerce and analytics and CRM.
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of campaigns based on the annual campaign calendar - from development through delivery and post campaign analysis (writing creative briefs, concepting copy and creative direction, managing reporting, analysing data, and making tweaks for a future launch).
  • Budgetary control of all marketing; developing business cases for spending based on robust return on investment modelling.
  • Oversee internal photoshoots and video productions.
  • Provide regular status reports and progress updates to internal stakeholders.
