Interim Head of Marketing / Senior Marketing Manager/ Marketing Director - London / HybridWe are looking for a strategic and visionary interim Head (Director) of Marketing to lead and oversee all marketing efforts. A leading lighting and rigging rental company providing both equipment and project management for some of the most prestigious liveevents.The marketing department is relatively new, and the purpose of this role is to establish a professional marketing department that will be an intrinsic part of the structure, rigour and processes that support our reputation and sustainability within the changingdemands of the live events industry.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading a marketing department, possess adept horizon scanning skills, with experience of both strategic planning and brand development. An engaging personality with an interest in live events and lookingfor an opportunity to establish a marketing department from the ground up.Key Responsibilities include:Develop and execute a business model canvas and comprehensive marketing strategy that reflects the companys reputation but also creates a vision for the future. Working closely with the owners and senior executives to agree goals, and objectives to drivebrand awareness and attractiveness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth via a sustainable competitive edge. Ensuring that both internal and external communication reflects the Brand positioning and agreed quality of execution. Identify and manage strategicpartnerships and collaborations that enhance brand visibility.Define and manage marketing budgets and resources efficiently. Resource the marketing department and recruit and train the team. Manages impact of risk, governance, and compliance on corporate reputation through effective monitoring and application of relevantlegislation and regulation. Providing communication and Branding guidelines to all employees.Establishes quality standards and process and collaborates with managers to ensure consistency in delivery across all channels for both internal and external stakeholders.Develop the communication strategy across all forms and channels. Responsible for the integration of marketing communications by using both physical and digital communications tools.Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred.• Proven experience in a senior marketing role, with at least 5+ years of experience.•• Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.Strong influencer and experienced in stakeholder management• Excellent leadership and team management skills.• Results driven with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.• Creative thinker with the ability to innovate in marketing campaigns.
