Job Description

Robert Half are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to join a global, industry leading events and exhibitions company.Senior Marketing Executive (Event Marketing) - Contract (6 Months) - London (Hybrid Working)Robert Half have partnered with one of the leading events and exhibitions company in the UK and worldwide. We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to help support marketing activity associated with one of the companies largest annual events.The this position will be responsivle for implementing events and marketing strategy to implement growth, including event planning and delivery, as well as contributing across all marketing channels: content creation; digital product; user experience; anddigital channels.Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to deliver marketing communications around the upcoming events
  • Producing market-leading copy and content
  • Work with the Marketing Customer insight team to evaluate customer research, market conditions, competitor data, and customer feedback to develop a deep understanding of customers that will drive engaging marketing strategies, grow the event, and improvecustomer satisfaction
  • Supporting the sales team to drive space sales & sponsorship by assisting to develop, manage, and analyse campaigns that drive both new and retained customers
  • Support with the coordination of both visitor and exhibitor registration processes with third-party suppliers
  • Monitoring competitor activity (online or by visiting competitor events)
Requirements
  • A highly driven and enthusiastic marketing professional
  • Marketing degree or equivalent and proven event-marketing experience
  • A solid understanding of web-based marketing, segmented marketing initiatives and databases
  • The creative ability to further develop business opportunities and launch new initiatives
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentations and report writing
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise a workload of a demanding event
  • Skill for building partner and customer relationships quickly and understanding market needs
  • Need a level of comfort with matrix organisations and able to manage various stakeholder relationships
  • Event Marketing Experience (Highly desirable)
