Job Description

Current Team InformationThe Senior Marketing Executive role sits within the HNW marketing team. This is a team of 4 led by one Senior Marketing Manager, and comprises of a Marketing Manager, Senior Marketing Executive and a Marketing Assistant. The HNW marketing team is part of thewider residential marketing team which is approximately 30people. The HNW marketing team support the higher value end of the residential business globally, in the Country and, as relevant, in London.The team are friendly, supportive and driven, striving to deliver high quality marketing outputs that make a tangible impact on the residential business. The specific role within the team is to support the Senior Marketing Manager with HNW projects and tomanage the Marketing Assistant (a direct report) to deliver the National and London regions prime property print media schedule and advertising placement for Savills UK residential agency.The Role & Key ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Marketing Executive role is mid-level position suited to an individual who has 3+ years experience in marketing. This role has one direct report, the Marketing Assistant. The role involves extensive contact with colleagues within the Savills officesand external suppliers so the successful candidate must be an excellent team player with strong organisational, communication and analytical skills as well as maintaining a positive, proactive and can-do attitude. Candidates must be organized, conscientiousand possess an exceptional eye for detail and presentation. The ability to prioritize effectively and work under pressure is essential.The role will specifically include responsibility for:Managing the Marketing Assistant Delivery of the national marketing schedule across specific publications (FT and Country Life in particular) Supporting the Marketing Assistant in career development via training to ensure high skill levels both technically & behaviourally. Adhering to all company processes with regards to people management and to role model professional behaviours at all times. National Property Advertising Creation and implementation of new advertising strategies for key national publications, such as Country Life magazine and The Financial Times. Management of the national advertising budgets, producing regular reporting and phasing spend according to advertising forecasts across the calendar year. Supporting the Marketing Assistant with the management, production and delivery of national print advertising. Overseeing the creative development, copy writing and proofing processes of all adverts. Overseeing the implementation of specific national advertising initiatives. Prime marketing Supporting the Senior Marketing Manager in the execution and implementation of marketing activity for the Prime Residential departments (UK and international). Events and sponsorship management of high profile events such as Badminton Horse Trials, Masterpiece and RHS Chelsea Flower Show. Supporting the HNW team on developing Savills publications such as The Savills Portfolio. Developing strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the residential business. Events management Responsible for the organisation of marketing activities and event organisation for key national events across the calendar year, UK travel is required for several events.Financials Responsible for managing large budgets for both national advertising and prime projects Processing invoices, raising purchase order numbers in close liaison with Finance.GeneralBuild positive relationships with offices and departments across the Savills network whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism.Skills, Knowledge and ExperienceExperience3+ years experience working in a marketing roleSkills and KnowledgeThe successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies: An excellent team player with strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to form successful working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and external agencies where appropriate across the group. A meticulous eye for detail, presentation with excellent creative judgement and strong proof-reading skills. Strong analytical and reporting skills Highly-organised and detail-oriented. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising effectively and meeting deadlines whilst working under pressure. Team player but also able to work independently using own initiative in a busy environment. Knowledge and experience of using the full Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams. Adobe InDesign experience desirable.
