Recent Marketing & Digital Transformation journey, Hands on & Strategic Marketing Automation - Marketo + Saleforce A highly innovative payments leader that has been recognised by Forbes in the innovation space, has been booming since their recent marketing & digital transformation journey post the lockdown period. Due to their ongoing organic growth, there is a need to continue scaling their product offerings with a focus on customer and business acquisition. Key to success is a commercially driven, Senior Marketing Automation Manager to help drive their acquisition & conversion strategies across the wider brand. You will be stepping into a highly dynamic and fast paced data & KPI driven environment. The Senior Marketing Automation Manager will be liaising with various cross functional departments and your typical stakeholder groups will include senior marketing, product & digital stakeholders, with an aim to develop and optimize the UK marketing engagement strategy. You will be involved with developing and implementing customer journeys, conversion funnel management, lead scoring & attribution modelling, CRM & Database campaigns with a focus on acquisition. The ideal candidate will bring: 4+ years experience working in a marketing automation, engagement, effectiveness, retention & acquisition or similar role (Marketo & Salesforce experience essential). A strong understanding of the wider digital ecosystem (integrated campaigns) across digital acquisition and digital marketing channels, as this role will be heavily lead gen and conversion focused. A background in payments, cards, remittance & transfers will be highly favourable but not essential. Experience working with B2C or B2B industries within a large complex matrix environment.
