Job Description

Senior Marketing Automation Manager London (flexible hybrid working)Salary range: £80k (package of £100k with shares + benefits)Are you interested in building the future of e-commerce deliveryDo you want to be a part of team establishing the next big B2B initiativeLHH are partnering with the global leader in e-commerce to recruit a new Senior Automation Marketing Manager. This role will report to the Head of Marketing within the B2B team, as they develop their new services to their customers.As an innovative Senior Marketing Automation Manager, you will take on the unique opportunity to shape and own the marketing tech stack, including the automated email framework, defining, and implementing global practices.You will:

  • Define and implement the marketing automation roadmap to scale practices internationally, launch new features, suggest new investments.
  • Partner with the global marketing teams to identify automation opportunities to reduce the manual emailing effort.
  • Perform technical project management of the marketing automation development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design/development, testing, configuration, and advanced administration.
  • Own and maintain the system/data integrity of the marketing automation platform
  • Plan and build scalable reporting mechanisms and propose relevant marketing metrics
  • Own the design and development of a robust data model within the marketing automation platform
  • Collaborate in developing and continuously optimising lead scoring and management processes
  • Collaborate with sales operations on enhancing and troubleshooting issues with the lead management process and integrations with marketing automation platforms
What you need to succeed:
  • A proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment is strongly preferred.
  • Certified in Pardot or Marketo or any other MA platform.
  • Project delivery experience with MarTech, lead management, or demand generation operations (e.g. integrating new 3rd party tools, migrating CRM or marketing automation platforms).
  • Experience with central sales tools (e.g. Salesforce) and/or marketing automation systems (e.g. Pardot/Marketo) including setting up end-to-end marketing automation data flows.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field of study.
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.
