Job Description

Senior Manual Test Analyst /Senior Manual QA Tester - Worthing, East Sussex £50kSenior Manual Test Analyst/ Senior Manual QA Tester is newly required by our impressive technology driven client. An exciting opportunity has arisen to be a part of a good team. A vastly successful technology driven business who are on growing at a pacewith a forward thinking team of technical experts who are always pushing the boundaries. There is strong potential for their current testing setup to move in to automation so any experience with automation would be a huge plus!Core Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and execute manual tests
  • Cross-browser and cross-platform testing
  • Create automated regression test suites
  • Manual regression testing in absence of automated tests
  • Log defects and track them through to successful deployment to production
  • Requirements analysis, including analysis of documentation, to understand business requirements, and to suggest changes
  • Requirements refinement, including analysis of documentation, with the business (via BA) to ensure that requirements are correctly captured
  • Define acceptance criteria from refined requirements
  • Work closely with developers to ensure that defined acceptance criteria is met
  • Lead a small team so mentoring / managerial skills would be a huge plus
Core required Skills and experience ideally:
  • At least 5 years experience in a similar role
  • Cross-browser testing
  • Exploratory testing
  • Mobile testing
  • Automation or Manual Testing experience
  • C# or Java or JavaScript
  • Experience working in an Agile SCRUM or Kanban environment
  • Good SQL skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
to 50k Worthing, West Sussex (Hybrid Working available - 2 days in office/3 days at home
