Senior Management Accountant Permanent £55-60,000Our client; a real estate firm based in the West End, are looking for a Senior Management Accountant. Working within the UK HQ of this brand, you will be reporting to the Finance Manager and working withina face paced, forward thinking team. As Senior Management Accountant you will manage the finances for a group of buildings within the groups portfolio - taking ownership of board reporting packs. You will also be responsible for completing the full managementaccounts for central overheads for the group. Your duties will include: Manging the revenue and operating costs for allocate buildings Keeping up to date on operations of the operating business unites Maintaining working relationship with relevant buildingmanagers Completing month end accurately Understand and provide variance analysis and commentary against historical performance as well as budget Reconcile revenue Post accruals and prepayment journals for each building You will be line managing two AssistantManagement Accountants in this role - so any exposure to line management before is highly beneficial! This role requires a high level of numeracy and strong attention to detail, as well as the ability to work on numerous projects simultaneous and liaisingprofessionally with various departments across the group. You should also be degree educated and be fully qualified - ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent - with good industry knowledge. With regards to industry exposure you should have approx. 2 years post qualificationexperience - either gained with a relevant industry (property, retail or hospitality) or within a Practice firm. If you have been working within practice you should have experience of working with property or real estate clients ideally.
