Senior Luxury Travel ManagerBase Salary Circa £36K + Bonus and BenefitsMy client is an exclusive lifestyle and concierge company who specialise in creating bespoke, exclusive holidays for their client base who are UHNWIs to worldwide destinations.These travel requirements cover the regions of Africa, Asia, Australasia, Americas, Latin America, Caribbean, Indian Ocean and Europe and can including private villas, private jet charter, skiing holidays, exclusive boutique hotels etcThey are now seeking to recruit experienced a Senior Luxury Travel Manager who has experience working with ultra-luxury travel products and dealing with UHNWIs.You will have excellent, bespoke tailor-made travel experience with the ability to deal with a booking from enquiry through to final documentation. Presentation, communication (verbal and written), attention to detail, sales skills and destination knowledgeare very important to us and our clients.This role is offered on a hybrid basis - Part Remote and Part Office - Central LondonSenior Luxury Travel Manager Responsibilities:Dealing with customer enquiries by phone and email.Use your own previous experience, destination knowledge to establish the clients requirements and to recommend the correct programme for their needs.Use Amadeus to book flights and make any necessary amendments.Booking all aspects of travel for your customers including flight, private charters, hotels, car hire and more.Senior Luxury Travel Manager required experience:Previous tailormade experience within the travel industry is essential with extensive knowledge dealing with UHNWIsPleasant & professional telephone manner.Effective Sales and customer service skills.Senior Luxury Travel Manager Salary and Benefits:Base salary circa £36,000 negotiable + bonuses30 days annual leave including bank holidaysPensionHybrid WorkingCareer progressionDiscounted travelTo apply for this Senior Luxury Travel Manager role, please email your CV along with your personal travel portfolio highlighting your personal travel experience.
