Senior Lighting Technician (AV / Events)£35,000 - £40,000 + Progression + Overtime + Days-based + Company BonusLewisham, LondonAre you a Production Lighting Technician or similar with a background in the Events / AV industry looking for an exciting opportunity to join a giant in the audio rental industry, offering a varied and dynamic role as you manage a tight-knit team of 6, withprogression available to a variety of internal roles as well as overtime to increase your earningsThis company specialises in providing full-service events solutions and technical AV equipment for a wide range of high profile live events working with a range of blue-chip clients both across London and nationally. Since their establishment in 2008, theyhave gone from strength to strength becoming market leaders in their field and are now looking to expand their management team to keep up with increased demand.In this dynamic role, you will have overall responsibility for the creative design, specification and delivery of all lighting aspects in high-profile live events, working both on site and within the warehouse as you assist with installation and operation,working primarily within the Unique Venues of London group. You will be liaising with senior leadership across the other departments to ensure that delivery of events remain profitable is of the highest standard. This role includes occasional travel to eventsacross the UK (twice per month on avg) and travel further afield to European countries (twice per quarter on average).This role would suit a Production Lighting Technician or similar from an Events background looking for an exciting role where you can make your mark on a market leading audio rental company with an expansive portfolio of high-end clients, offering progressionto various senior roles and overtime to increase you earnings.The Role:
