Senior Lettings Negotiator - WaterlooBasic Salary £25,000 OTE £65,000Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am -6pmOur client is offering an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing Property Investment company with great earning opportunities.The individual must have a passion for property with an up-to-date understanding of market trends, property values and an awareness of the local competition.What makes them differentAs a senior letting negotiator you will enjoy a varied role and will develop your experience in dealing with a substantial portfolio, including some of the most desirable high-end properties across London.Career progression is most definitely on the cards so you can guarantee this is a position that will see you fulfil your professional ambitions, with an exciting role that will gives you a life-changing experience and potential to earn substantial commission.The company offers support and no ceiling on career possibilities.About the role:

  • To assist Head of Lettings in running the department, especially in his absence.
  • Must be able to demonstrate experience in motivating a team of negotiators whilst still consistently achieving own deal targets.
  • Must have 3-4 years letting experience minimum.
Do you have what it takes
  • Experience in managing high stock levels, updating overseas Landlords & effectively achieving price reductions.
  • The ability to carry out desk top valuations, all over London (Face to Face valuations are rare)
  • High attention to detail in passing correct information on to colleagues.
  • NFOPP Technical Award Level 3 or the equivalent.
