SENIOR LEGAL COUNSEL, TECH 5 YEARS’ PQE+LONDON & WFHOur client is a leading tech player in the sports gaming world. A sportsbook platform provider, it develops bespoke end-to-end technology and software in-house and partners with premium licensed gaming operators.To support continued growth, we are looking for a talented Senior Legal Counsel to join the award-winning Commercial Legal team, working with the business globally. The role will focus primarily on B2B contracts with customers and suppliers. Matters relatingto data protection, IP, corporate, employment and dispute resolution will also come up from time to time. You will work closely with colleagues in Sales, Finance as well as Legal and this role has 2 direct reports.We would love to hear from candidates with prior experience in the technology/software sector and expertise in complex commercial transactions. You will engage directly with in-house stakeholders to provide strategic advice and solutions and strong negotiationskills & experience are a must.
